Before the operation:
- The patient’s facial structure, forehead width, and current hairline are thoroughly assessed
- Only individuals without a history of hair loss are considered suitable
- A new hairline is designed based on facial ratios and muscle structure
- If necessary, implantation over the forehead muscle is planned
- Pre-op blood tests are conducted and full guidance is provided to the patient
Every step is individually tailored to ensure a natural and aesthetic result.

The most critical step of forehead reduction is hairline design.
The new hairline is created by considering the natural contours of the face and the underlying muscle anatomy. In certain cases, implantation over the muscle area is performed to achieve a lowered yet realistic hairline.
The ultimate goal is to enhance facial proportions while maintaining a look that is natural, soft, and harmonious.

with FUE Extraction
In the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) method, hair follicles are extracted one by one, along with their surrounding tissue. The micromotor used must be handled delicately to avoid damaging the skin. This procedure is performed only by experienced surgeons, and the extracted grafts are carefully sorted for optimal implantation.

Opening
Just as important as hairline design and graft extraction, channel opening is key to the final aesthetic. Since hair naturally grows at specific angles, it is crucial that channels are opened in alignment with these angles to ensure a dense, natural-looking result.
