- Scope: These terms govern your use of www.hairofistanbul.com and the information published on it. They do not replace the treatment agreement signed before a procedure.
1) Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website. These terms apply to the website only; the rights and obligations relating to a medical procedure are set out in the separate treatment and informed-consent documents you sign before treatment.

The content published on this website is general information about hair restoration procedures. It is prepared for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any individual.

- No procedure is planned or promised on the basis of website content alone; suitability is determined only after a personal medical assessment.

4) No guarantee of results
Hair restoration is a medical procedure and its outcome depends on individual factors such as donor-area capacity, hair characteristics, the cause and stage of hair loss, general health, and adherence to aftercare. Outcomes described on this website are typical ranges observed in our practice, not a promise of the result any particular person will obtain. No result is guaranteed.
5) Before-and-after images and patient statements
Photographs and patient statements published on this website belong to real people who have given explicit written consent for publication. They are not retouched to change the surgical outcome. They illustrate one individual result under that person’s own conditions and must not be read as the result you should expect. Where a photograph is a stock or illustrative image rather than a patient of our clinic, it is labelled as such.
6) Prices and quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting figures for planning purposes and may change without notice. They are not a binding offer. A binding price is given only in a written quotation issued after a medical assessment, and it states exactly which services, materials and additional items are included.
7) Appointments and communication
Requests submitted through forms, WhatsApp, telephone or email are treated as enquiries, not confirmed appointments. An appointment exists only once it has been confirmed by us in writing. Messaging services such as WhatsApp are operated by third parties under their own terms; if you prefer not to use them, email and telephone are available alternatives.
8) Intellectual property
All text, images, video, graphics, page design and software on this website belong to Hair of Istanbul or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
9) Acceptable use
When using this website you agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
- collect data from the website by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
- submit false personal data, or another person’s data without their permission;
- upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, including images you do not own.

This website may link to external websites and may embed third-party tools such as maps, video players, messaging widgets and analytics. 13) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Medical services are provided by Hoi Sağlık Hizmetleri Turizm İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş in Istanbul, Türkiye, and are subject to Turkish healthcare legislation. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
14) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as our services or the applicable law change. The version published on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the version in force. Please check it from time to time.
