The Certificate in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Applications is issued under the Ministry of Health Certified Training Regulation published in the Official Gazette on 4 February 2014, no. 28903. It is the qualification that permits a physician to carry out aesthetic and cosmetic medical procedures in Turkey.
Verification. The original medical diploma and the Ministry of Health certificate are held at the clinic and may be inspected on request during a consultation. The certificate carries a document verification code and a QR code issued by the Ministry.

Recipient-site design
Two hair transplants using identical grafts and identical counts can look entirely different a year later. The difference is usually in the recipient sites, because that is what fixes the geometry of the result before a single graft is placed.
Angle and direction
Hair does not grow perpendicular to the scalp. It emerges at an acute angle that changes across the head — flat and forward at the hairline, steeper at the crown, and radial around the whorl. A recipient site cut at the wrong angle produces hair that stands up or points in the wrong direction, and no styling corrects it.
Density and distribution
Native scalp carries roughly 80 to 100 follicular units per square centimetre. A transplant does not reproduce that. Grafts are distributed to create the impression of density where it is seen — the frontal zone and the part line — rather than spread evenly and thinly across the whole area.
Single hairs at the front
A natural hairline is irregular and soft, built from single-hair follicular units in an uneven transition zone with multi-hair units placed behind them. A hairline built from two- and three-hair units is the most common reason a result reads as transplanted.
Site size and graft survival
Recipient sites are made to match the calibre of the graft. Sites that are too large increase bleeding and leave grafts poorly seated; sites that are too small crush the graft during placement. Both reduce survival.
Recipient-site density also governs blood supply. Sites placed too close together in a single session can compromise perfusion in that area, which is one reason a very high requested density is sometimes delivered across two sessions rather than one.
Post-operative follow-up
The result of a hair transplant is not visible for a year, and the intervening period contains a phase that alarms most patients if it has not been explained.

Clinical approach
Each case treated individually
Donor capacity, scalp laxity, hair calibre, curl and colour contrast against skin all differ between patients, and each changes what a given graft count will look like. A uniform plan applied to every patient produces uniform results on non-uniform heads.
Planning for future loss
Androgenetic alopecia continues after surgery. A plan that ignores what will be lost in the next decade produces a result that ages badly, which is why donor reserve is budgeted rather than spent.
Protocol consistency
Written protocols exist so that outcomes do not depend on which day a patient attends. Graft handling times, storage solution, temperature control and site dimensions are specified rather than improvised.
